ek66 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ek66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This Agreement applies to all users of ek66, including visitors who browse the platform without registering and registered players who actively place bets or play casino games.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ek66 platform. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ek66 takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle. 2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one ek66 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ek66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all account balances and bonuses.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility. ek66 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ek66 platform complies with any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. ek66 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Account Security. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ek66 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ek66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all bets placed and all transactions made. ek66 is entitled to act upon instructions received through your account and is not obliged to verify the identity of the person using the account at any given time.

3.4 Player Funds. All funds held in your ek66 account wallet are held on your behalf. ek66 maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds to provide a reasonable degree of protection. However, ek66 does not pay interest on player balances.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. ek66 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts, provided the account balance is sufficient to sustain such a deduction. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ek66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are determined by the selected payment method and displayed at the time of the transaction. ek66 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ek66 account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within six (6) hours of approval for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days. ek66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.5 Personal Payment Methods. All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods that are registered in your own name and match the identity information held on your ek66 account. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the transaction and potential account suspension.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on ek66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by ek66 for domestic transactions.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. ek66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; or there is a reasonable belief that the bet has been placed in violation of these terms.

5.2 Market Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in odds or market pricing (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), ek66 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. ek66 will not be liable for losses arising from bets placed at erroneous odds that the player could reasonably have identified as incorrect.

5.3 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the ek66 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option has been expressly offered for that market. ek66 does not accept requests to cancel or void bets after placement except in circumstances governed by these terms.

5.4 Live Betting. In-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes. ek66 makes every effort to ensure market accuracy during live events, but does not guarantee that live odds will reflect real-time match conditions at the precise moment a bet is placed due to natural communication latency. ek66 is not liable for losses resulting from such latency.

5.5 Casino and Game Rules. All casino games available on the ek66 platform operate according to the rules published by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing. ek66 does not accept claims arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a particular game.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. ek66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have partially met the conditions of a withdrawn promotion will have their entitlement assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ek66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all associated bets and transactions, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ek66 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "ek66", logos, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of ek66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. ek66 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to ek66 for display on the platform. 11.1 Suspension by ek66. ek66 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; verification documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; or there is a technical or security concern affecting your account.

11.2 Closure by ek66. ek66 may permanently close your account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions has been established. Upon closure, ek66 will notify you and, where no breach has been found, will process the return of any remaining account balance.

11.3 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your ek66 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure request will be settled according to standard rules. Remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools available within their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, ek66 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.
